By accessing or using Emailsta ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Emailsta provides you with an email address based on your Instagram handle (username@igmail.app) that allows you to send and receive emails. The Service connects with your Instagram account to verify your identity and display information such as your follower count in email signatures.

Important Note: Emailsta is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta. We use Instagram's public APIs to provide our service in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use our Service, you must sign in using your Instagram account through the Instagram API. By registering, you represent that:

• You have a valid Instagram account
• You are at least 13 years old
• Your use of the Service will not violate any applicable laws or regulations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities associated with your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Send spam, unsolicited advertisements, or bulk messages
• Impersonate any person or entity

You acknowledge that emails sent through our Service may be intercepted or accessed by unauthorized parties, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your communications.

7. Limitation of Liability
